About Score FC
Score is the North Coast’s new state of the art indoor football facility. Situated on Hillmans Way, Ballycastle Road they have five 5-a-side pitches providing the latest 4G professional surfaces and one multi use 7-a-side pitch (football, tennis, hockey etc.).
All pitches are fully enclosed making for a fast paced game and being indoor ensures the game continues no matter what the weather. This project included a full interior fit-out and project management service from concept to completion.
The interior inspiration for this project was based on a detailed design brief combined with a conceptual design proposal including 3d sketch drawings on a room by room basis.

The open plan living area included a new kitchen designed by Studiorogers. Developed from the client brief the kitchen includes a combination of matt grey and walnut doors, corian worktops, red back-painted glass and a feature splashback in Onyx.

This project included the full range of services offered by Studiorogers including a full interior design fit-out.
The interior inspiration for this project was a combination of modern design and coastal influences with an aim of achieving a timeless aesthetic. Warm greys and a combination of ascent colours are used through-out the house with geometric patterns, quality materials and one-off bespoke furniture. The opportunity of working on this project from the outset provided the opportunity to design and specify every aspect of the home including kitchen, bespoke furniture along with the finer details such as skirting, architraves and doors etc. Every room has key design features and focal points  that aim to provide a comfortable aesthetic that was tailored to meet the client’s exact requirements.

Four Winds Terrace Completed

The Four Winds wine bar and grill has recently extended outside with a new licensed external terrace and landscaped paving area. Studiorogers worked in collaboration Plotscape to deliver this project adding additional benefits to the client through general daily use, private functions and importantly the perfect BBQ area.

Planning Approval granted for a one-off dwelling situated at Garvaghy Road, Cullybackey. The design of the house provides a clean lined, vernacular form with a contemporary twist. The dwelling (circa 2100 sq ft) provides modern open plan living with a separate lounge, bathroom and three bedrooms including a master bedroom suite, (complete with walk-in wardrobe and en suite). The dwelling integrates into the existing site while also maximising a landscaped terrace along the south and views across the surrounding valley.

Planning Approval granted for the extension and alterations to a dwelling situated at Carrowcrin Road, Armoy. The design will transform this typical traditional building by updating the elevation with a contemporary twist. The interior of this dwelling will now provide the living accommodation required by our client with a large open plan kitchen, living, dining area with direct access to an outdoor landscaped courtyard.

Going, Going, Gone!

Demolition has started on site for a new 2000 ft² replacement dwelling situated along the Portrush coast. The dwelling provides open plan living accommodation on the upper ground floor with three bedrooms at the lower ground floor level and a master bedroom suite situated on the first floor. The dwelling has been designed to make the most of the views across West Strand and the North Atlantic ocean.

Moyle Dereliction Regeneration Scheme

Studiorogers has recently been involved with Moyle District Council in bring a new lease of life to derelict buildings across the Moyle District. Colour schemes were selected for the buildings to compliment the existing fabric then window / door graphics printed to once again provide an inviting look to the streetscape. Work for the graphics was done in conjunction with Nathan Jarvis, (Creative Director of MrBlinc) who added his own twist on the artwork to maximum effect. The team worked under a very tight deadline delivering paint schemes and graphics for 18 property’s over a 4 week period. Click here to see more photographs!

Planning Approval granted for the extension, alterations and refurbishment of Balnamore House. Balnamore House is a particularly fine example of a Victorian Stucco House in the Italianate style. The building is listed with a construction date of between 1863 to 1864. The design will once again provide for a modern family home with improved insulation values, up to date mechanical and electrical services and open plan living.

The extension and alterations will provide an open plan contemporary living accommodation with a landscaped south facing amenity terrace situated to the front.

This development was recently granted planning approval after the original refusal was overturned at appeal. The development is situated at O’ Hara Drive, Portstewart on the North Antrim Coast and comprises of 2 modest dwellings of high quality design. The aesthetic is minimal, clean and smooth with a very simple internal layout inverting the living accommodation to maximise views to Donegal.

This development will see regeneration of a key gateway site near Liverpool City Centre for Liverpool Mutal Homes. Due to start on – site early 2013.

Zion Christian Centre situated in Halesowen, Birmingham has started on site!
Interior design and alterations for a multi-purpose church facility situated in Birmingham. The interior was inspired by the concept of creating a community park. This developed into an abstract cost effective feature carpet. The carpet design combines a selection of vibrant, eye-catching colours that will connect the ground floor rooms while also delivering a high quality design on a tight budget.
