Mixed-use low car neighbourhood development in Newry city centre. 58 Social units with central shared courtyard. 15 private apartments with retail and offices commencing 2024.

A 28 unit social housing scheme which reinvented the semi-detached house, recreated streets and allows every room in every house to enjoy a south facing garden.
Ross Street, Belfast.
Design competition winner - Completing 2024
A creative reimagining of the Belfast Terrace. Reclaiming a street which was once prone to antisocial behaviour. The street is now intimate and well defined.
